Eligible Training Provider List

The Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) provides information for participants seeking training to identify providers and programs that match their needs.

Note that in order to be eligible to receive Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act funds to train participants, the training provider and its programs must be on the ETPL.

Below you will find the current ETP’s for Oahu, for the full ETPL including neighbor island ETP’s please see the State Workforce Development Council site, here. Process to join the ETPL is also detailed on the linked State site.

Lists of provider programs will be updated in turn with the ETPL present on the state site. Excel Spreadsheets of each provider will be present on the relevant page for easy printing.
